Introductions and orientation all around and they were quickly off to work and install my new 6kW Daikin Air Conditioner.A very happy and easy to deal with team. I wanted to give you feedback on my experience using Lux Air Services for the first time Tuesday, the young man who arrived conducted himself with the upmost professionalism.We have been having these air conditioning units washed and serviced by a single operator for around 7 years, the service carried out by this young man was unbelievably detailed and just well awesome. Great work by the crew on our four splits. We had a blocked drain on one unit which rendered our lounge room uninhabitable during the recent heatwave. Not only were able to come out sooner than any other outfit, the price was reasonable, too. On top of installing air con and a fan (both of which are flawless), they also made time to investigate the oven that decided to die, and returned to replace it once I had been given options to choose from.
