Introductions and orientation all around and they were quickly off to work and install my new 6kW Daikin Air Conditioner.A very happy and easy to deal with team. It was a sheer pleasure not often seen in today's work-groups.They were both very professional in what they did and kept me briefed and up to date on every aspect of the work as it was being undertaken. Some of it was micro detail from Blaide, which is what I like. I was particularly impressed on the Professionalism and excellent Communication which then lead to my further my Trust and Confidence in their work. I wanted to give you feedback on my experience using Lux Air Services for the first time Tuesday, the young man who arrived conducted himself with the upmost professionalism.We have been having these air conditioning units washed and serviced by a single operator for around 7 years, the service carried out by this young man was unbelievably detailed and just well awesome. I first engaged with Lux Air through my real estate agent to remove an old air-conditioner and install a replacement air conditioner at an investment property. They were prompt providing a quote and when I gave the go ahead turned up on time and did a great job on the installation. Great work by the crew on our four splits. We had a blocked drain on one unit which rendered our lounge room uninhabitable during the recent heatwave. Not only were able to come out sooner than any other outfit, the price was reasonable, too. The team at Lux Air are dead set legends. They arrived on time, were friendly and helpful, and left the place cleaner than when they arrived. On top of installing air con and a fan (both of which are flawless), they also made time to investigate the oven that decided to die, and returned to replace it once I had been given options to choose from.
