We had Lux Air out to do our Air Conditioning service and they were fantastic! The technicians were great, really helpful, shared some great advice and tips on maintaining the system in-between services and were friendly and great ambassadors to Lux Air. Would definitely recommend.
Lux Air were professional from start to finish. I was always kept in the loop with service updates and the engineer, Brock, who came over to repair an AC unit as well as servicing our ducted AC system did a fantastic job. He was really easy to get on with, explained all the options clearly, and went above and beyond of what i expected. I highly recommend this company!

Yet another top job completed- this time the tricky installation of a used air conditioning unit. I really appreciate the amazing communication - between me, office staff and the multiple people onsite. So good.I am impressed also with each of the men who came to do the job (observed by female apprentice- loved that!) I used Lux Air both at home and at work, we have 3 air cons each. They came and clean all of the air cons and has fixed one of them that was leaking. The technicians/ electricians were courtesy, friendly and communicated well. They cleaned up after themselves and not leave any mess behind. I would recommend Lux Air Services for anyone looking for cleaning air cons and services.

They did an amazing job fixing my duckted aircon zone , fast and reliable. service team were knowledge, respectful and on time for both attend .Now I know who to call when I need help with aircon.PS: still not appreciating industry wide practice for 200$ callout fee for these sorta job , but nothing against lux air services . 🙂
