I can't and won't fault this company. Installed a supplied system, came when they said they were going to including for the quoting, the tradesmen were professionals and did clean excellent work, and the office staff were lovely to deal with.Would definitely recommend for their services.
The technician was incredibly helpful and professional throughout the entire process. I couldn’t locate the main vent since it was built in a really odd place, but he figured it out and got everything sorted. He took the time to explain everything to me and made sure to clean thoroughly. This guy is straight to business, also super friendly and respectful. Highly recommend.
Brock and his Apprentice were very polite and worked well together. Clean tidy appearance, which also transferred over to their workmanship as well. Thorough and efficient installation of new aircon unit and also serviced existing units.

Great communication from Admin to book us in for a service check call out at such a crazy time of the year (Nov in Qld!)Technician was lovely and arrived promptly at time arranged.Was very knowledgeable, knew exactly what he was doing and relayed what would be required in layman’s terms for us.Obviously prompt follow up with their admin team after visit as our booking and invoice were received well before end of same day.Very impressed.And cost was reasonable too!Def 5/5 stars for this initial consult.
